Community Manager (HOA)

Community Manager (HOA) – PMP Management LLC Location: Austin, TX. Hybrid schedule – 2 days in office, 3 days on site. Overview We seek a motivated, detail-oriented, communicative, and personable professional to manage 8–10 associations with full support from our team. Responsibilities Serve as primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners. Oversee operation and administration of associations in accordance with management agreements and policies. Perform administrative and management duties requested by the Board of Directors. Utilize PMP Management tools such as maintenance calendar, action item tracker, financial summaries, delinquency tracker. Review monthly financial reports and summaries. Provide recommendations to the Board and committees on community issues. Set up, attend and facilitate Board meetings per PMP standards. Prepare Board packages according to PMP’s standards. Assist Board of Directors and Architectural Review Board with architectural review process and routine inspections as needed. Coordinate and oversee inspections of building facilities and common areas and arrange follow-up actions. Conduct walks/inspections of communities as required by the management contract. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience as a portfolio or on‑site manager, or similar role. Strong oral and written communication skills. Exceptional time management and ability to work independently. Commitment to timely follow‑up on all issues. Proficient knowledge of budgets and budgeting process. Strong knowledge of audits, reserve studies, bidding process, and association governing documents. Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills. Honest, responsible, optimistic, and service‑centric demeanor. CMCA or AMS designation desired; company covers costs for CMCA certification within 6 months. Prior HOA or hospitality experience preferred. Ability to work hybrid schedule (2 days in office, 3 days onsite). #J-18808-Ljbffr Y-Axis
