- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 4+ years of accounting experience (financial statements/reporting)
- Experience in construction, real estate, lending, or similar preferred
- Strong Excel and QuickBooks (or similar) experience
- Detailoriented with strong communication skills and executive presence
