We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Manufacturing Operations to lead and enhance our manufacturing processes. This pivotal role involves overseeing all facets of manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the General Manager and drive strategic initiatives to optimize production capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all manufacturing operations, including electromechanical assembly and machining processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage the budget and financial performance of the manufacturing department.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and innovation.
• Utilize MRP, ERP, and inventory management systems to optimize production planning and control.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• Minimum of ten years of experience in manufacturing and supervisory/management roles.
• Proven experience in managing a shop, plant, or factory focused on electromechanical assembly.
• Proficiency in machining and working with metals and/or motors.
• Strong computer skills, including expertise in MRP, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to the nature of the work.
