LIFE ENHANCEMENT caregivers NEEDED!!!! Several positions!

Hello! My name is Lisa. I am a nurse turned nurse practitioner turned nurse entrepreneur.
I am co-founder of a very high-quality concierge home care agency Geriatric Wellness & Caregiving of California. We pride ourselves on high quality care as I am nurse by trade and want nothing less for those families we serve!
We are in need of kindhearted people and life enhancement caregivers to join our team.

 

  REQUIREMENTS:
• Must want to feel valued by your team and part of a work family!
• A kind and gentle personality.
• Must be HCA certified and have a clean background check and be able to pass a drug screen
• CNA background a plus!
• Must have reliable transportation 

1. IMMEDIATE NEED IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR FULL TIME AND REGULAR HOURS Weekdays and Weekends  

Male Client lives in Downtown Sacramento in a high rise residence near Golden One Center. 

We are needing to full-fill the following shifts and the need is immediate and need someone committed to working 5 days a week during the week for the FULL TIME Position.  

Our goal is to provide continuity of care for this high profile client!  

a. Shift 6A-2P – Monday – Friday 

b. Shift 2P-10P – Monday – Friday  

c. Shift 6A-2P (must be able to work BOTH Saturday and Sunday  

d. Shift 2P-10P(must be able to work BOTH Saturday and Sunday  

2. Male Client in WestPark Roseville (West Roseville) Near the Soccer Complex 

Several shifts needed. This is great for a nursing student or allied health student who just wants to get some quick hours and have a consistent schedule!!! 

Client is an Elderly Male. Lives with his wife. We need care on the Weekdays in the morning from 1030A-1230P 

We would like a consistent person who can do Monday – Friday 
The morning shift consists of engagement with brain games for mental stimulation and going for a walk at the park. Possible assistance with his brief change.

Client second need is: Evening Shift on Weekends (Sat and Sun)  4:30P-7:30P 
Help with again brain games, sitting with him during dinner and having great conversations. Assisting his nightly shower and getting him to bed. 

3. Male client who lives in Granite Bay  
This is a sweet man who needs some companionship to ease his anxiety. He lives in a  very nice neighborhood in Granite Bay. Family lives nearby. Has significant anxiety and needs a patient companion who is kind and can reassure him. Needs are meal prep, medication reminder, going for a walk and exercises and stretching. 
We are looking for 2-3 people who can be his constant given his anxiety… change is challenging. 
Need team member for Monday- Friday shift 5P-8P 
Need team member Sat and Sun Morning shift 8A-11A and Evening shift 5P-8P 

4. Female client who lives in Folsom (American River Canyon area)  
This is a wonderful lady who does not want to grow old. She is an 82 year old lady who is spunky and likes good conversation, playing board games, up for daily adventures. Assist with her exercise program daily, assist with meal preparation, breakfast and lunch. Go to Bingo with her on Wednesdays. 
Must be comfortable driving clients to appointments and on outings to have fun in and around Folsom area. Must have a clear DMV record to drive client. Must have reliable transportation. You will be reimbursed mileage. 

  Shifts Needed: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays 8A-1P and Wednesdays 8A-3P  

Prefer one person who wants this for daily caregiving schedule but could do 2 if necessary. 

5.      Female in Granite Bay: Shifts needed Monday, Wednesday and Friday 930A-1230P – help with showering, changing bed linens, companionship. Some driving to appointments on occasion.
