Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our footprint within the Williamsburg region.

Engage with local business owners and families to provide meaningful protection through our product lines.

Lead outreach initiatives that prioritize community involvement and authentic networking.

Coach and inspire junior agents to hit their potential while maintaining our high standards of service.

Review existing policy portfolios to ensure clients always have the right coverage for their current life stage.

Maintain accurate records and report on progress toward expansion goals regularly.

Requirements

Active Virginia Life and Health Insurance License.

Proven track record of success in insurance sales or high-volume relationship management.

Deep understanding of the local Williamsburg market and community dynamics.

Exceptional ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

High level of self-motivation and a focus on long-term goal setting.

Experience in mentoring or guiding others through complex projects.
