We are looking for an experienced AI professional with strong hands-on expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models, NLP, model deployment, and cloud-based AI solutions. The ideal candidate should be able to design intelligent systems, work with structured and unstructured data, integrate AI models into enterprise applications, and support production-ready AI platforms.

What You'll Do
Develop, train, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world business problems.
Design and build AI-powered applications using Python, machine learning frameworks, APIs, and cloud-based services.
Work on Generative AI, Large Language Models, NLP, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, intelligent search, and automation use cases.
Build scalable data and model pipelines for preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, testing, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
Develop RAG-based solutions using embeddings, vector databases, document processing, and enterprise knowledge sources.
Integrate AI/ML models with enterprise applications, dashboards, workflows, chatbots, copilots, and automation platforms.
Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to create reliable and scalable AI solutions.
Evaluate model performance, improve accuracy, reduce bias, and support responsible AI practices.
Implement MLOps processes including model versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, retraining, and production support.
Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business teams to understand requirements and convert them into AI-driven solutions.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical design discussions, code reviews, architecture decisions, and best practices.

What We're Looking For
7-15 years of overall experience in software engineering, data science, AI/ML engineering, machine learning, or related technology roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Python and AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, or similar tools.
Experience building and deploying machine learning models, deep learning models, NLP solutions, and Generative AI applications.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, classification, regression, clustering, model evaluation, optimization, and feature engineering.
Hands-on experience with Large Language Models, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, vector databases, and AI application development.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with APIs, microservices, data pipelines, databases, and production model deployment.
Knowledge of SQL and database concepts; experience with NoSQL or vector databases is a plus.
Experience with MLOps tools and practices such as MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile, fast-paced, and cross-functional environments.


Preferred Skills & Certifications
Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI platforms.
Experience building chatbots, copilots, intelligent search platforms, document intelligence systems, AI agents, or recommendation engines.
Experience with big data platforms such as Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, Hadoop, or similar technologies.
Knowledge of data governance, model security, responsible AI, privacy, compliance, and ethical AI considerations.
Experience with cloud-native AI deployment, monitoring, model observability, and production support.
Prior experience in industries such as financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, government, insurance, or enterprise technology is a plus.
Cloud, AI/ML, data science, or secure software development certifications are preferred.

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
