About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of QA and Automation to spearhead the establishment of an enterprise quality operating model within a complex pharmacy and medical environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing a comprehensive quality and testing strategy that encompasses multiple products and delivery organizations. This includes the establishment of quality standards, governance, and metrics, as well as leading efforts in UAT, business validation, end-to-end testing, and defect management. The role also involves building a quality engineering and test automation strategy, with a focus on practical AI-enabled testing, and providing executives with a clear view of quality, readiness, and delivery risk. Applicants for the Vice President of QA and Automation role at the company should possess significant leadership experience in enterprise QA, software quality, or quality engineering, and a proven track record in building or transforming large-scale quality operating models. Strong knowledge of various testing practices, including UAT, SIT, regression testing, and defect management, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare technology, particularly in pharmacy, claims, or health-plan environments, and experience in applying automation and AI/ML concepts to software quality.
