Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping professional to join our team at Avir at Pearland in Pearland, TX. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our community for our residents and visitors. Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Perform daily tasks such as laundry, trash removal, and replenishing linens and supplies
Restock bathroom and kitchen essentials, including toiletries and paper products
Respond promptly to resident requests for assistance with cleaning and maintenance
Maintain a safe and healthy environment by adhering to infection control protocols and following proper procedures for handling hazardous materials
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that all areas of the community are clean and well-maintained
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (-)
No prior experience required, as we provide comprehensive training
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
