IT SUPPORT ANALYST

You will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our staff and clients. You will be the first point of contact for any IT-related issues and will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our technology systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to staff and clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new equipment, and performing maintenance tasks. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks. Conduct regular system backups and ensure data security. Train staff on new software and technology systems. Maintain inventory of hardware and software and coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvement. Maintain documentation of IT procedures and processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems. Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
