Industrial PainterPays $25-$501st and 2nd shiftAbout the OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for preparing, masking, and applying high-quality liquid coatings to precision parts while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare parts for painting by cleaning, masking, blasting, and racking componentsMix paints and coatings according to specificationsApply liquid coatings using spray guns and paint booth equipmentInspect finished parts and verify coating thickness meets quality requirementsPerform sandblasting and other surface preparation processesAssist with powder coating and additional finishing operations as neededRead work instructions, blueprints, and production documentationEnter and update job information within the production tracking systemMaintain a clean and safe work area while following all PPE and ITAR requirementsSupport other departments and production needs as workload demandsQualifications3+ years of industrial painting experienceExperience with masking, surface preparation, paint mixing, and spray applicationKnowledge of paint booths, blasting equipment, and finishing processesAbility to measure and inspect coating thicknessBasic computer skillsAbility to read blueprints and work instructionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityCerakote experience is highly preferredWhat We OfferOpportunities for advancement and career growthPotential leadership opportunities as the company continues to expandClean, climate-controlled work environmentEmployer-paid health insurance available upon hireDental, vision, life, and disability insurance401(k) with company matchHSA and FSA optionsAdditional voluntary benefit programsSafety shoe and safety eyewear reimbursementFlexible vacation programJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
