Registered Financial Customer Service Professional

Join our call center team as a customer service associate, supporting our clients’ retirement savings accounts. This remote role requires in‑office presence 4‑6 times per year in Greenwood Village, CO. Responsibilities Provide excellent service for customers’ retirement savings accounts. Educate and empower customers without making cold calls or sales. Communicate critical plan updates and changes. Process contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals. Process general account changes upon direction from the customer. Qualifications Associates degree or higher. At least one year of customer service experience (including, but not limited to, food service, retail, hospitality, teaching, military, or banking) OR two or more years of customer service experience. FINRA Series6 and 63 or higher equivalent licensure. Availability to work a 40‑hour work week, outside of traditional business hours, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday. Capability to work overtime as required based on business need. Minimum Technical Requirements Reliable high‑speed internet: minimum 50Mbps download and 10Mbps upload. Connection via wired Ethernet cable. Computer, headset, and training materials will be provided by the company. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship at this time.
