# Healthcare Security Supervisor - San Francisco## DescriptionMarina Security Services is a minority-owned and operated firm specializing in security services and guard staffing.We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Healthcare Security Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, including monitoring premises, preventing losses, and responding to emergencies. Candidates should possess skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.**Essential Functions*** Supervise day to day security operations and team as directed by the Operations and Client Manager* Responsible for scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, and professional development of assigned security workforce.* Develop, implement and enforce Post Orders / SOP* Respond to all emergency situations quickly and professionally* Actively acknowledge everyone with a friendly greeting and/or identify visitors in order to provide directions and information pertaining to the area* Manage uniforms, equipment and supplies* Submit and ensure all required reporting requirements are met* Monitor and report any unusual activities,* Able to de-escalate and/or handle tense situations (e.g. disgruntled persons, disruptive behavior, redirect and reduce homelessness off property, etc..**Who we are looking for*** Minimum of 3-5 years previous Security Supervisor experience in a healthcare environment with excellent customer service skills* Must have valid BSIS Guard Card with Powers to Arrest & Appropriate Use of Force certificate* Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test* Ability to perform necessary physical duties, i.e., walking, standing and making necessary round* Must have basic computer skills and ability to use a smartphone* Must be able to obtain all company and client training requirements (provided by the company* Preferred : First Aid / CPR and AED certified* Preferred: Bilingual #J-18808-Ljbffr
