Finance and Property Management Coordinator

Georgia, USA (Local Candidates Only) | Hybrid | Full-time
⚠️ Note: Requires regular on-site property visits in GA. Only current Georgia residents will be considered.

Position Overview
We are looking for a dual-focused Property & Finance Coordinator to manage tenant relations, lease administration, and local maintenance, while executing daily financial workflows (AR/AP, collections, and vendor invoice reconciliation).

Key Responsibilities
-Finance & Accounting: Handle AR/AP, process rent collections, issue late notices, and reconcile vendor invoices/statements.
-Tenant & Lease Admin: Act as the main contact for billing/service queries, process leases, renewals, move-ins/outs, and security deposits.
-Operations & Maintenance: Coordinate with local vendors, track work orders against budgets, and conduct routine on-site property inspections.
-Reporting: Maintain tenant ledgers and prepare occupancy, delinquency, and maintenance budget updates.

Required Qualifications
-Location: Must live in Georgia with reliable transportation for on-site visits.
-Experience: 2–3 years in property management, leasing, bookkeeping, or property operations.
-Finance Skills: Proven experience with accounts payable/receivable and ledger reconciliation.
-Software: Experience with property software (Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, etc.) + intermediate Excel (formulas/pivot tables).
-Language: Spanish and English speaking preferred.
