HIV Care Linkage Navigator
AIDS Healthcare Foundation
AIDS Healthcare Foundation is seeking a Linkage to Care Specialist to serve as a friendly, helpful resource to clients and community partners. You will help clients newly diagnosed with HIV navigate care, answer questions about living with HIV, and assist with first appointments and referrals to supportive services. In this role you will build relationships with community agencies, support testing programs, and bridge testing with medical care. #J-18808-Ljbffr AIDS Healthcare Foundation
