Construction Superintendent

Due to growth, they are looking to add a Superintendent to be part of the team for a once in a lifetime type project. Phase 1 is $800M and the project covers more than 100 acres and will be an iconic and resume building project for all involved.

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience working in the field as a superintendent with a focus on structure and ground up multi-family projects.
• Experience building projects in the $50M+ range preferred
• Must be a team player and enjoy working on large and complex projects

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of construction projects
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
• Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
• Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
