What You'll Do

• Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations
• Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals and functional needs
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments and therapeutic exercise
• Treat a variety of orthopedic, vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk conditions
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, and home program
• Establish measurable goals and appropriate discharge timelines
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with the clinical team to provide high-quality patient care

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible Pennsylvania PT license
• Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and pursue continuing education
• Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes
