Training & Development Coordinator

Job Responsibilities Support planning and execution of leadership and organizational development programs and training eventsCoordinate vendors, scheduling, marketing communications, and training materialsMaintain and organize leadership and professional development curriculumCoordinate with external vendors regarding logistics, program delivery, and effectivenessTrack enrollments, attendance, completions, and learning records for all training programsSupport tuition assistance programs, including eligibility verification, participant tracking, and payment coordinationAssist with purchasing activities and budget tracking for learning programsPrepare reports, presentations, and program documentationIdentify and resolve operational issues to ensure successful program deliverySupport additional HR and organizational development initiatives as assigned Skills Training & Development CoordinationProgram & Event CoordinationHuman Resources AdministrationLearning & Development SupportVendor CoordinationProject CoordinationMS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Communication & Customer ServiceDocumentation & ReportingOrganizational & Time Management Education/Experience Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Business, Engineering, or a related field2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or a similar function2+ years of project or program coordination experienceExperience coordinating training programs, learning events, or professional development activitiesStrong organizational, communication, customer service, and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaboratively across teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)2+ years of experience with Adobe software (Acrobat, InDesign)Experience handling confidential and sensitive information appropriatelyExperience coordinating online learning events using platforms such as ZoomSchedule flexibility to occasionally support early morning or late afternoon training sessionsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Business, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience with enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as SAPExperience managing enrollments, attendance, registrations, waiting lists, cost chargebacks, and learning recordsExperience with SharePoint and document management systemsExperience supporting tuition assistance programsExperience planning and coordinating conferences, professional development programs, mentoring initiatives, or training eventsFamiliarity with leadership and organizational assessments and HRIS tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
