Shift Manager – McDonald’s Franchisee Restaurant We are seeking a dynamic Shift Manager to lead daily operations at a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. As a Shift Manager you will be responsible for ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience every visit and for upholding McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Responsibilities Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. Passion for working in a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older to manage in a corporate‑owned restaurant.
