Strategic HR Partner for Business Leaders

Stantec is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support leaders and employees across multiple business lines in the North Central region of the United States. The role requires strategic advisory, coaching, and collaboration with business leaders to implement the HR Strategic Plan and foster an engaged workplace.

You will engage in business conversations, influence leaders, and apply HR activities such as engagement, retention, talent development, and organizational design while
