As an Operator I, you'll work under direct supervision performing routine and repetitive assembly operations and processes.

What You'll Work On:

• Ensure that relevant job documentation for cell operations and functions is accurate and up to date
• Be able to clearly communicate ideas, problems, and solutions to all levels of manufacturing management
• Positively represent the company during tours
• Follow safety guidelines
• Participate in continuous improvement/quality initiatives
• Perform routine/preventative maintenance on applicable equipment
• Maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate a basis understanding of Lean Manufacturing
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of continuous improvement
• Support all Divisional initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures
• Ability to prioritize work
• Ability to handle and maneuver small components and parts
• Ability to make critical decisions and judgments

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 months experience working in a medical or other regulated production environment
• Previous medical device, manufacturing or assembly experience
• High school degree or equivalent preferred

The base pay for this position is $13.90 $27.80/hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
