ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES 1. Assumes responsibility for the following: a. Makes presentations solely or in accordance with sales people to prospective customers as requested b. Become an ultimate closer and perfect closing process d. LLC/Trust set up enabling you to do document preparation and offer legal advice on a limited scope. In addition to ensuring the correct authorized parties are set up to sign and all complete the paperwork prior to funding. e. Work with underwriters and other resources to assist and eventually handle legal issues that arise with customers. f. Take initiative to generate new business but more importantly WOW existing client base and keep them coming back. Research and become involved; examples include, but are not limited to, commercial real estate, referrals through divorce or estate attorneys, preliminary judicial reviews g. Continuing education – teach state approved classes and write new classes to teach h. Obtain Title Insurance Agency license within first year. Page 2 2. Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining good business relations with customers. a. Ensures that customers are satisfied with company products and services b. Obtains customer feedback and continually works to improve products and services and shares with staff and management on a regular basis c. Resolves customer requests, complaints, and problems with aid of inside staff & management d. Promotes goodwill and conveys a positive image of the company. e. Promotes products and services at industry events, realtor meetings, etc. f. Take initiative to help grown and diversify the prospects through commercial business, referrals with other attorneys in related fields, preliminary judicial reports, etc. g. Master SNP ( Seller Net Proceeds App) and Locking Down Listings. 3. Assumes responsibility for maintaining effective working relations, communication, and coordination with company personnel and with management. a. Sets goals in accordance with company objectives and track progress toward goals b. Provides assistance to team members as needed c. Keeps management informed of area activities, changes in competitive conditions, and significant problems d. Maintains complete and accurate reports and records e. Attends meetings as required and do so consistently. If unable to attend, it it your responsibility to find a replacement. 4. Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned. a. Completes special projects b. Serves as a liaison between sales people and customers c. Available via email/cell phone for customer with questions at all hours of the week. Realtors work crazy hours so we have to be there for them when need. Purchase contracts are negotiated 7 days a week and at some early and late hours. d. Be available, if needed, to close loans and/or attend industry events during and after business hours #J-18808-Ljbffr
