Pay Rate: $40/hr

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and standards.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and patient safety standards.
Requirements
  • Active RN or LPN License.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and patient care skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
