Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantFull-Time (40 hours/week)This role provides comprehensive family medicine primary care, including general and preventive medical services, to patients of all ages in a collaborative, team-based clinical environment.Job Qualifications for Family Nurse Practitioner:Masters degree in Nursing.Certification by the American Nurses' Association as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner.Current Colorado medical license required.Minimum Three (3) years in a family practice setting preferred.ACLS Certification preferred; BLS required.Job Qualifications for Physician Assistant:Bachelor's degree.Appropriate certification.Current Colorado license required.Minimum Three (3) years in a family practice setting preferred.ACLS Certification preferred; BLS required.Salary: $105,199 - $116,888 Annually; DOQSign-On Bonus: up to $10,000Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. 403B retirement plan with 3% matching after 1 year of employment, 7 Paid Holidays, 124 PTO hours within the first year, Worksite Wellness Program and much more.
