Lead Teacher – Preschool Classroom

Requirements for Lead Teacher:
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
- 45 hours Child Growth & Development
- 45 hours Preschool Curriculum (required for ages 2–5)
- 45 hours Infant–Toddler Certificate (required for ages 6 weeks–24 months)
- At least 1 year of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare facility OR 30 college credits
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of child development (social, emotional, intellectual)
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, dance, walk, run, reach, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
