Fully Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)

Position Overview We are seeking a trauma-focused Fully Licensed Therapist to join our clinical team as a therapist and supervisor. This role is in-person at our Gilbert office. Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions in-person at our Gilbert office. Provide supervision to associate-level clinicians. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices. Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress. Maintain communication with psychiatric providers, participating in consultation meetings as needed. Ensure compliance with professional ethics and state/federal regulations. Qualifications Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Full licensure to practice in Arizona. Certificate in supervision. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with an interdisciplinary team. Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with electronic health records is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Specialized training (e.g., trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.). What We Offer Administrative support: scheduling, billing, and EHR provided.
