What You’ll Do

• Patient Care & Testing – Perform accurate work-ups (3.5 patients per hour) and key diagnostics:
  • Visual acuity, manual lensometry, visual fields

  • Applanation tonometry, motility evaluation, pupil testing

  • OCT, corneal topography, visual fields, A/B-scan, fluorescein angiography

• Surgical & Clinical Support – Assist in minor procedures while maintaining sterile technique

• Patient Flow Management – Keep clinic running smoothly, triage emergencies, handle prescription refills

• Equipment & Admin – Maintain instruments, stock exam rooms, support supply audits

What We’re Looking For

• ???? High school diploma required; college preferred

• ???? 3–5 years’ experience as an Ophthalmic Technician (preferred)

• ???? Certification required: COA, COT, or COMT
  
  
• ???? Strong communication, organizational skills, and detail orientation

• ???? Nextech EMR experience a plus
