What You'll Do Pack finished products into boxes accurately and efficiently Inspect products for quality and remove defects Palletize finished goods and move pallets using pallet jacks Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the facility Set up, disassemble, and assist with cleaning production equipment Build boxes, apply labels, and support inventory tracking Complete production and quality documentation Follow food safety, GMP, and workplace safety standards We're Looking For Candidates Who Have: Production, manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, or general labor experience Experience operating pallet jacks (preferred) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to read and write English Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work in a refrigerated setting Work Environment Temperature maintained between 30F - 40F PPE provided: Overcoat Gloves Hard Hat Safety Glasses Ear Protection Non-slip Rubber Boots If you're comfortable working in a cold environment and enjoy staying active throughout your shift, this could be a great fit! ? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pleasant Prairie, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
