Key Responsibilities

Assist surgical teams in the operating room throughout a variety of surgical procedures
Prepare and maintain a sterile field in accordance with established protocols
Pass instruments, supplies, and equipment to surgeons and surgical assistants during procedures
Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment
Collaborate with OR staff to support patient safety and efficient workflow
Required Qualifications

National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) certification required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Minimum of 12–24 months of surgical technologist experience
Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility may be subject to a different rate structure
Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in a high-volume operating room environment
Familiarity with a broad range of surgical specialties and procedures
