Are you an AI-focused Solution Architect looking for the opportunity to delivery Microsoft AI-centric solutions across Azure AI, Copilot, Modern Work, and Business Applications? We are looking for an energetic and driven Solution Architect for our Houston or Dallas branch to support company and customer growth. This is a hands-on role that blends AI solution architecture, presales leadership, and delivery oversight, working with clients on both greenfield and complex transformation initiatives. You’ll help organizations responsibly adopt AI while ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and integrated across cloud, productivity, and application platforms. \n A Day in the Life: Lead the architecture and implementation of AI-powered Microsoft solutions, including Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Copilot, M365, Teams, and Dynamics 365 Design end-to-end AI solutions that integrate data, applications, security, and user experience across cloud and hybrid environments Translate business problems into practical AI use cases, balancing innovation with governance, cost, performance, and risk Partner with account executives and solution consultants to support presales activities, including AI demos, solution roadmaps, and technical proposals Provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle: discovery, AI envisioning, design, deployment, and transition to managed services Define and own architecture artifacts such as AI solution diagrams, reference architectures, BOMs, SOW inputs, configuration standards, and knowledge transfer documentation Serve as a trusted AI advisor to clients, guiding responsible AI adoption, modernization, and continuous improvement Contribute to internal AI solution IP, reusable architectures, accelerators, and delivery methodologies across Azure, Modern Work, and Business Applications What You Bring: 8+ years in solution architecture, consulting, or senior engineering roles with a strong Microsoft focus Proven experience designing solutions using Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, and cloud-native architectures Strong Azure foundation, including IaaS, PaaS, identity, networking, automation, and security best practices Hands-on experience with M365, Copilot, Teams, Exchange, Active Directory, Windows Server, and virtualization platforms Exposure to Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform, with interest in AI-enabled application modernization and automation Ability to clearly communicate AI concepts and architectural decisions to both technical and business audiences Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Azure CLI) and familiarity with DevOps concepts What Makes You Extra Awesome: Microsoft certifications strongly preferred (e.g., AI-900, AI-102, DP-100, AZ-305, PL-600) Self-motivated and driven, always looking for ways to improve skills and stay relevant Post-Secondary education Why Work at Long View: Career Growth – Permanent staff positions, paid training, career life planning, and relocation and travel opportunities Interesting Work – Be part of exciting projects while accessing all the latest technologies Flexible Environment – A workplace that values the importance of flexibility for personal/professional growth, happiness and wellness Company Perks – retirement contributions, comprehensive benefits package from day one, 3 weeks’ vacation to start, recognition programs and more! \n $134,400 - $176,400 a year Expected salary range for this position is $134,400 - $176,400 plus a variable incentive plan. \n Benefits Long View Systems (LVS) is proud to offer Medical/Pharmacy benefits and supplemental Accidental and Critical Illness Insurance to eligible, full-time employees who work 30 or more hours per week.
