Quick Look ARMStaffing is looking for a Registered Nurse, Home Health in Dunedin, Florida. Location Dunedin, FL Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule/Shift Day shifts may vary based on the needs of the HomeCare office, with possible hours from Monday through Friday and alternating weekend shifts. Job Description The Registered Nurse in Home Health will be responsible for providing skilled home care services to patients with various medical diagnoses such as heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), myocardial infarction (MI), pneumonia, stroke, and post-operative care. This role includes performing patient assessments, wound care, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed, including intravenous (IV) therapy and wound vac maintenance. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive cardiopulmonary assessments for patients. Provide basic wound care including ABI compression dressing and staple/suture removal. Administer IV medications and maintain IV lines, including PICC line or Midline care. Perform laboratory procedures such as lab draws and glucose monitoring. Utilize BayCare Forms and documentation systems for patient records. Ensure compliance with safety protocols including masks for flu and COVID-19. Required Experience Minimum of 1 year of recent skilled home health experience. Experience with OASIS documentation is required. Certifications/Licensure Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. COVID-19 vaccination or exemption form on file. Current flu vaccination or declination required with mandatory mask-wearing while at work.
