We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Estimator & Project Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Job Specifications Analyze data reports and conduct on-site inspections to contribute to project reports and estimates. Develop cost proposals and estimates, along with necessary reports. Display strong leadership by overseeing all project aspects, from planning to execution. Supervise on‑site staff and subcontractors. Manage project budgets, negotiating effectively with subcontractors and suppliers. Efficiently handle multiple projects of varying sizes and complexities. Uphold high workmanship standards aligned with original plans and specifications. Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure prompt customer service. Preferred Experience Previous experience in construction management or a related field. Familiarity with insurance claims and managed repair assignments. 3-5 years of experience creating repair and remodel estimates. Proficiency in Project Scheduling. Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines. Working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Job type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
