As a leading provider of home health care services, we are committed to delivering compassionate care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.
We ask that you will:
- Develop treatment plans and rehabilitation programs
- Collaborate with skilled nursing staff on care planning
- Conduct therapeutic interventions and exercise programs
- Assist with discharge planning
We also ask that you will accept a $1000.00 sign on bonus :-)

We are a small Home Health Agency located in Milton, We service Milton, Quincy, Randolph, Canton and Dorchester. We have an extremely talented, competent and well loved PTA who will work in collaboration with you. We are looking for a Physical therapist to conduct the initial PT eval and subsequent Re-Eval as needed. The position is part-time per visit, perfect for the Therapist who is looking for a relaxed paced work environment. Per vsit rate: $100.00 :-)
