Assistant Store Team Leader

Job Title

We are looking for outgoing, energetic positive leaders to accurately represent our brand, develop sales teams with a focus on increasing profits, and increasing both customer and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include maintaining store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees; meeting sales goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff; completing company operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; achieving financial objectives through effective monitoring of controllable expenses; maintaining the stability and reputation of the store by complying with all legal requirements; managing and assigning tasks to ensure the stores are clean, adequately stocked, organized, well-kept, and customer ready; establishing rapport with customers to build loyalty and long-term relationships; creating a positive, motivating, team-based environment; investigating and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner; analyzing daily sales and expense information to maximize sales and net profits; and safeguarding and accounting for all money received and being responsible for banking requirements.

Qualifications

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven experience in a retail/customer service environment, 1 year of supervisory experience, the ability to effectively influence others, the ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time, the ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance, and reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.
