Guaranteed base salary: $45,000 annually Total earning potential: $45,000–$120,000+ annually, including bonuses and commissions. PTO / vacation time. Staff lunches provided every workday. Generate new business through proactive sales efforts and relationship building. Develop leads into new customer opportunities. Present insurance products and recommend coverage solutions. Work toward sales goals while delivering a positive customer experience. Build lasting relationships with customers and contribute to the agency's growth. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys prospecting, presenting solutions, and closing business. What We're Looking For Strong sales ability and a results-driven mindset. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A strong work ethic and a positive, professional attitude. Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred. Candidates without a current insurance license are welcome to apply but must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license.
