NC Programmer

Full-Time | Day Shift

We're looking for an experienced NC Programmer to create and optimize CNC programs for complex aerospace components. This role works closely with machinists and engineers to improve processes, support production, and ensure high-quality parts are delivered on time. What You'll Do

• Create and maintain NC programs for 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines

• Use CATIA V5 and simulation software to develop and verify tool paths

• Design tooling and fixtures to support production

• Troubleshoot machining issues and support shop-floor operations

• Create setup documentation and implement process improvements

What We're Looking For

• Strong NC programming experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience with 3-axis and 5-axis machining

• CATIA V5 experience required

• Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and 3D models

• Knowledge of G-code, tooling, and machining processes

• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $65.00/hr.
