- Provide remote support to clients, using technology to communicate options via Zoom and assist with completing applications as needed.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with technology and meet clients via Zoom to explain the options available to them and complete applications as needed.

Equipment Needed
A Windows laptop/desktop (Windows 10/11) with a webcam and a reliable internet connection for program operations and Zoom meetings.
