About This Role The Staff RN III - Infusion at Kaiser Permanente provides professional nursing care to patients, families, and members, focusing on health promotion, restoration, and illness prevention. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who excel in collaborative healthcare environments. Highlights Pay: $47 - $61/hour Location: Kennesaw, GA Facility: Kaiser Permanente Schedule: Full Time What You'll Do Utilize the nursing process to assess patient health status and develop nursing care plans. Complete POE and address care gaps during patient encounters. Accurately document patient data, actions, and responses to treatment. Assist with procedures and monitor patient responses. Actively engage patients, families, and caregivers in care coordination. Lead the nursing response to medical emergencies. Monitor electronic messaging related to patient or provider requests. Initiate and monitor IV therapy and medication administration. Assess health education needs and provide counseling. Conduct follow-up calls to patients for care and outreach.
