Background Profile

• Expertise in managing employee relations and compliance.
• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare or dental industry.
• Exposure to workplace investigations and workers' compensation.
• Working knowledge of Tennessee employment laws.
• BS in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
