Group Home Supervisor

Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off About the Role: Royal Crown Homes LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Group Home Supervisor to lead our residential care team in Burnsville, MN. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents while guiding a team committed to providing exceptional care and support. We have 3 residential sites in Burnsville. Responsibilities: Supervise and support direct care staff in day-to-day residential operations Oversee the health, safety, and well-being of all group home residents Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care and support plans Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Communicate with families, case managers, and healthcare professionals regarding resident needs Maintain accurate documentation, incident reports, and resident records Divide direct care and supervisory responsibilities Be on an alternating on call rotation Reports directly to Exec. Program Manager Requirements: Prior experience in residential care, group home, or human services setting required Previous supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred Knowledge of DHS regulations and residential licensing standards in Minnesota Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Compassionate, patient, and resident-centered approach to care About Us: Royal Crown Homes LLC is a trusted residential care provider serving the Burnsville, MN community with a commitment to dignity, respect, and quality of life for every resident.
