Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient care environments, crafting tailored treatment plans to address their unique needs
• Implement physiotherapy interventions targeting mobility enhancement, strength building, balance improvement, and overall functional recovery
• Team up with nurses, physicians, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation professionals to ensure the highest patient outcomes
• Guide patients and their families through therapeutic goals, discharge protocols, and effective at-home exercise strategies
• Maintain meticulous documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress per facility guidelines and regulations
• Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to streamline patient care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution

Certifications

• Currently possess a state license as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
• Specialized certifications (such as those in neurology or geriatrics) are beneficial but not mandatory

Skills

• Prior experience in this field is strongly preferred
