Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical unit patients, ensuring safety, comfort, and effective treatment. Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality nursing services during 13-week assignments. Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and clinical protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient conditions regularly.
- Document patient information accurately in the EMR system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and family members on post-discharge care and health management.
- Hold an active RN license in good standing.
- Have at least 1 year of recent hospital nursing experience.
- Maintain current BLS certification.
- Possess experience or familiarity with epilepsy patient care preferred.
- Be open to feedback and demonstrate a team-oriented attitude.
