About the Role

We're looking for a Growth Marketer to help build the engine behind Raspberry's next stage of growth. Raspberry has strong product-market pull, an expanding enterprise customer base, and a product that is rapidly broadening across the fashion lifecycle. The opportunity now is to turn that momentum into a repeatable, measurable growth system.

You'll own growth across the funnel, identifying where our highest-leverage opportunities are, launching experiments quickly, scaling the channels that work, and building the systems that make those wins repeatable.

You'll work across paid acquisition, lifecycle, ABM, content, events, emerging distribution channels, and conversion, while partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, and Product. You'll be expected to move fluidly between strategy and execution: analyzing funnel performance one day, building a campaign or landing page the next, and testing an entirely new acquisition motion the week after.

We operate AI-first. That means we're not interested in simply doing traditional growth marketing faster. We want someone who is excited to rethink how a modern growth function should operate when AI can fundamentally change the speed, scale, and sophistication of the work.

Who you are

• Excited and motivated by AI systems and curious about the future of marketing under the new environment of
• 4+ years across growth/demand generation, product marketing, marketing operations, or a similar role combining marketing strategy with hands-on systems building; ideally at a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company (fashion/retail/creative tech a plus)
• Have shipped internal tools or systems that a team fully adopted and used to move real marketing or pipeline metrics
• A proven track record building demand-gen programs that drove measurable pipeline, and developing positioning and messaging that drives it
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity - you don't wait to be told what to build next; you have the marketing instincts to know what's valuable and the resourcefulness to make it happen
• Hands-on, practical experience with AI tools and no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, or similar) to design and stand up automations and workflows yourself - no coding background required
• Hands-on with demand-gen channels (paid search/social, email, webinars, ABM) and the systems behind them - marketing automation, CRM (e.g. HubSpot)
• Familiarity with how search engines and AI models discover, index, and surface content
• Strong analytical instincts; comfortable owning a number and reporting on it honestly

Compensation

• The base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on experience and location. This position is also eligible for a performance-based bonus and equity.
