Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• Provide patient care for End Stage Renal, Fluid overload, Sickle cell, and similar cases
• Utilize skills in stroke experience, cardiac rhythm interpretation, and trach care
• Manage medication gtts such as cardiac drips and Heparin
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including CNA, hospitalist, and specialists
• Engage in effective float between designated healthcare facilities as needed

Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• At least 18 months of Med/Tele RN experience
• Comprehensive general Med/Tele skillset
