This is a great opportunity to join a leading manufacturer that values hands-on mechanical ability, precision, and teamwork./ph3Job Details/h3ulliShifts: 2nd and 3rd shifts available/liliTraining: Must be able to train on 1st shift for up to 30 days/liliPay: $18$20 per hour/liliType: Temp-to-hire/liliWeekly pay and great long-term potential/li/ulh3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliSet up and align dies, tooling, and equipment for forging and production operations/liliUse hand tools, power tools, and overhead cranes to position and secure heavy dies (up to 75 lbs)/liliRead and interpret blueprints and setup sheets to ensure accuracy and quality/liliPerform first-piece inspections and make necessary adjustments for proper fit and alignment/liliWork closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth changeovers and safe operations/liliMaintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and lockout/tagout procedures/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliStrong mechanical mindset experience building or repairing cars, machinery, or similar equipment is a plus/liliAbility to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift/liliPrior manufacturing or die setup experience preferred/liliComfortable using hand tools, power tools, and overhead cranes/liliAbility to read and interpret blueprints and part drawings/liliReliable transportation and good attendance/liliMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check/li/ulpSince 1992, Inova Staffing Services has helped businesses navigate their staffing and human resource needs.
