Supports the test and integration personnel as a witness to testing requirements. Certifies that all deliverables have met all quality requirements. Responsible for reviewing contract plans and specifications and determining compliance of material and workmanship by the construction contractor, submitting daily quality assurance reports as well as written results of inspections and tests.
