Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• Active state licensure as an SLP and current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Proficiency with IEPs, goal setting, data collection, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to engage collaboratively with teachers, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students
• Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to a varied student population
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and support staff to integrate therapy goals within the classroom
• Attend IEP meetings, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate records in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
• Offer parent and teacher education on strategies to support student communication success
