The Director of Family Ministries will serve under the mentorship of the Senior Pastor and the direction of the Session, helping strengthen ministry across generations while focusing especially on students and younger families.This role is not simply about running programs. It is about building relationships, helping people connect more deeply to the church, and ensuring youth and young families are meaningfully integrated into the broader life of Saint Andrew.
