Administrative Assistant, Clinical Development (Contract)

Administrative Assistant supporting Nurix Therapeutics' Clinical Development team in Brisbane, California. This contract role manages executive calendars, travel coordination, cross-functional projects, and administrative operations for senior leaders in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, dynamic executive calendars and reprioritize activities as needed
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including detailed itineraries
• Plan and execute team meetings, events, and offsite gatherings
• Process expense reports, purchase orders, and administrative workflows using Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
• Support cross-functional projects and provide backup assistance to other administrative staff

Requirements

• 8+ years supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools
• Strong ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently
• Clear written and verbal communication with professional presentation skills
• Proactive approach to anticipating needs with meticulous attention to detail
• Sound judgment and discretion handling confidential information
• Biotech, pharma, or life sciences experience preferred
