About Us:
We are a busy, customer-focused Ford dealership committed to providing top-tier service and a professional, welcoming environment. Our service department plays a critical role in delivering great customer experience, and we’re looking for a reliable and motivated Lot Porter to support our team.

Position Summary:
The Service Department Lot Porter is responsible for maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and flow of vehicles in the service area. This role is essential in ensuring efficiency for technicians and a smooth experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Move and park customer and dealership vehicles safely and efficiently
Keep the service drive, lot, and parking areas clean and organized
Assist with vehicle check-in and staging for service appointments
Support service advisors and technicians with daily tasks
Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the service area

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Good communication and customer service skills
Must be dependable and punctual
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Physical Requirements:

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs
Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
