Job Overview Fragrance & Beauty Advisor – As an essential member of our expanding Fragrance & Beauty community at CHANEL, you will serve as a brand ambassador, delivering superior service, building client relationships, and contributing to sales results. Responsibilities Provide consistent, high‑quality service to every client using the CHANEL service ritual. Deepen client relationships and loyalty through personal connection and trust. Achieve sales targets across product, services, and data capture to recruit, retain, and upsell clients. Attend seasonal seminars, utilize the Inside Beauty learning application, and apply learnings daily. Maintain an omni‑channel mindset, ensuring a seamless experience from in‑store to online. Resolve client situations in line with company philosophy and standards. Collaborate with appropriate teams and partner with event staff to involve clients in new offerings. Present a deep knowledge of the Brand, heritage, and product line, sharing insights with clients and the team. Understand business challenges, client needs, and market trends. Maintain a clean, tidy, hygienic, and professional workspace, respecting visual merchandising guidelines. Communicate regularly with the team and manager, demonstrating ethics, integrity, and a positive attitude. Desired Qualities & Skills Service‑oriented, genuinely concerned with customer needs. Full‑time, in‑store and in‑person presence required to support client sales and client service. Compensation & Benefits • Base hourly rate: $24.30 – $29.00 (variable pay and bonus potential may apply)
